Who we are

CalmRank provides local SEO audits and support for counsellors, therapists and psychologists. Wren is the name of our audit assistant. Questions about this policy go to tak@calmrank.com.

What we collect

When you ask Wren for an audit, we collect what you type into the form:

• your website address and email address
• optionally, your practice name, the city you serve, your main specialty and your Google Business Profile link

To make the audit, we look at publicly available information about your practice, such as your website, your Google listing and online directories. We never ask for passwords or access to your accounts, and we never ask for or look at information about your clients.

How we use it

• to prepare your audit and email it to you
• to send one follow-up email checking the audit made sense
• to reply if you write to us

We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and the audit, such as website hosting and email. They may process your information on our behalf, only for these purposes, and some may store it outside Canada.

How long we keep it

We keep audit requests and the audits themselves for as long as they're useful for following up and for our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing tak@calmrank.com. If you'd rather not hear from us again, just say so and we'll stop.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
